We stayed with a large group of friends and family as we had a wedding nearby and it was great to have our own apartments and then shared facilities such as the pool, terrace and bbq area.
The pool was great for swimming and lots of sun with loungers also in the shade throughout the day.
Aircon in the bedroom was great.
Reception is not open throughout the day as they do very limited hours.
The restaurant had to be booked at least 24 hours in advance and wasn’t open for lunch or drinks throughout the day.
You have to pay for a baby cot per day, which we have never had to do on our travels before (I’ve been told this is common in Italy but we didn’t have to do it in our other accommodation in Tuscany prior to arriving here) and then the cot was very lopsided and uneven on the base.

Good location for family and friends to get together for an occasion
Well located for trips yo very interesting places like Lucca and Vinci
Small issue but didnt realise we had to give 24 hour notice to eat in the restaurant. That said it was a very nice restaurant and had a lovely breakfast there
