    Worst service Water bottles not provided Extra bed booked online but unwillingly accepted. Mattress is horrible. Receptionist always unavailable Overall it’s the name WORST INN would suit aptly rather than BETTER INN

    I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, the TV was not working, and the air conditioning did not function properly. The entire room smelled of smoke, which was very uncomfortable. Every morning someone kept knocking on the door, disturbing my rest. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I cannot recommend this hotel.
