    Toilets not maintained clean, No shower or warm water facility, Foul air in corridors. No air circulation. AC was not maintained well. Finally, an arrogant Nepali chap is the only PoC available at desk. Definitely not the front desk kind of person. I understand we may not have all perfect facilities. But receiving Impolite replies for any questions is definitely not acceptable. Hence, I reduced my stay at this place, to a single day.

    This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was terrible. The bedsheet looked ancient, completely worn out, and the fabric was literally coming off. The pillow and pillow cover were in the same disgusting condition. Sleeping on it felt impossible. The bathroom was a joke. There was a shower but no lever to use it — like they just kept it there for decoration. The taps were so poorly fixed that we had to handle them like they would fall apart any second. Overall, this place is a disaster. Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about booking this hotel.
