There weren't many reviews on the house before we visited, but we took a risk. Glad we did. A super cool house. Our family did an 8-day trek across three cities in Colorado. We had a cliffy log cabin in Colorado Springs, and spacious log mansion in Buena Vista, and wanted something more modern and urban in Boulder. This is it. The house is super cool and if you're luck to have a 68-degree, sunny day, then you can open up the main houses' garage door to completely turn the house into an indoor-outdoor masterpiece. We got that and loved it. The house has cool technology, modern kitchen and amenities, and about the most beautifully landscaped and optimized property I've seen (pictures are accurate). Two things I loved that I didn't expect: (1) when you arrive, you'll see that the house is across the street from a small, quaint shopping center. You may be disappointed, but don't be. That shopping center is amazing. A small, breakfast spot. One of the best bakeries I've ever visited, a neighborhood coffee shop, and a small, boutique grocery store. All a 14-second walk away from the house. I used it each morning to fetch coffee and pastries for the family. The second amenity we loved was the Sonos music system throughout the house. We have that in our home in ATL, and it's a big part of our family culture. And, we had evening dance and singing parties, and early morning vibe checks to get the fam going. Super cool house. While 1.5-2 miles outside of Pearl Street, close enough!

Perfect place to stay while was visiting my son at CU. The kitchen was so well equipped for home cooked meals, the rooms were so comfortable, access to grocery store so convenient and close to everywhere i needed to go. Look forward to renting this home again!

One of the best houses I have ever stayed. The hosts were amazing and the place is both quiet, well stocked and in a great location. Amazing for hiking, cooking, and close to everything
