Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood; thus, we do not accept bookings for parties or events. Please reach out if you have a specific situation in mind and we are happy to find a way to accommodate if possible.

You will have full access to the home and yard, with two off-street parking spaces. The garage will not be accessible.

We had a group of 9 people ages 3 to 69. The house was perfect for all of us, lots of space, clean, good location to many fun things. The back yard is really inviting too, and we used it often. Every one of us walked in and said "oh I love this place." The home has great vibes with unique, artistic decorating.I had a few questions for Jeremy and he answered very promptly and was very kind and helpful.I would highly recommend this home.

It was incredible. The home was just what we hoping for…..clean, comfortable, large enough for our group, and absolutely a home away from home. It was spectacular. The weather, the game, the town were all amazing as well.

Very nice home in great neighborhood in Boulder. Only downside for us was only TV set
was downstairs in 5th bedroom.

9 friends from Fargo traveled to see the NDSU vs CU football game and wanted to share a nice living space. It was perfect to gather on the deck in the evening. Also nice to prepare a grilled meal in a home to share.
