Located just minutes from downtown and steps from the water, this four-bedroom, two-bath retreat is designed for memorable getaways—whether you’re lounging lakeside, gathering around the fire, or enjoying family game night.

Inside, the home welcomes you with cozy yet elevated touches—modern decor, hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace that sets the tone for relaxed evenings. Four Smart TVs, portable Sonos speakers, and shelves of books and board games make staying in just as fun as heading out. Downstairs, a small ping pong table and a foosball/pool combo table offer hours of entertainment. You’ll also find a Peloton bike and kettlebells in the garage for those looking to stay active during their stay.

The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, breakfast bar seating, and all the cooking essentials—plus spices and dishware to make meals feel effortless. Dine inside beneath the elegant chandelier or head out to the new deck, where a dining set offers lake views and fresh air. You’ll also find a gas grill, fire table, and pizza oven—all available for use with propane (we provide two tanks).

Step into your private lakefront paradise. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, launch a kayak from the private dock, or try your luck fishing with provided poles. Life jackets, an inflatable float, and even a life buoy ring are included for safe and fun water play. Down by the water, relax under the pergola with comfortable seating or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings. On land, challenge your crew to corn hole, shoot hoops on the basketball court, or set up a game with the provided pickleball kit and paddles.

High-speed WiFi, central air and heating, complimentary toiletries, a washer/dryer, and an EV charger with Tesla adapter make your stay smooth and convenient. Towels, linens, a hair dryer, and ironing essentials are also provided.

Located just minutes from downtown Saugatuck, you’ll be close to art galleries, boutique shopping, waterfront dining, and iconic Oval Beach. Mount Baldhead Park, dune rides, and nature trails are also nearby, offering a variety of outdoor activities just beyond your doorstep.

Things to know
The beds in bedroom 2 can be converted into a king-sized bed.
The scooter and the boat down at the dock aren't for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located by the front door and camera 2 is located by the backyard, both facing out. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras may actively record video and/or sound while guests are in residence

Dock details: 2 private docks. Our home features direct access to the river with a private dock. The stairs and
the slope down to the water are very steep and have several areas where a small child or pet
could slip through. We recommend extreme caution when accessing the water or the area
around the stairs.
Please keep in mind that water activities are at your own risk and we bear no responsibility for
any water activities. *WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SWIMMING IN THE RIVER, THE CURRENT
CAN BE QUITE STRONG* We have four kayaks available for use during the warm months,
typically April - October, two 2-person inflatable kayaks, and two 1-person kayaks. Again, use of
the kayaks is at your own risk. Any damage to the kayaks, or lost equipment, will be deducted
from the security deposit. There are also inflatable floats in the garage, help yourself to those.
We have included life jackets in different sizes and a life buoy ring for your safety. Life jackets
are an absolute requirement for any water activities, and we recommend using life jackets any
time near the water. The life jackets are located in the storage box down by the river. We also
have several fishing rods in the garage that you are welcome to use, bait can be purchased
from Big Lake Outfitters of Saugatuck.
If you take any of the water equipment or fish rods etc out, please put them back in the original
storage area.
Please do not leave any trash or glasses down by the riverside seating area.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
