Welcome to Ros Na Cille

Unique and charming cottage located right in downtown Saugatuck. Ros Na Cille is a perfect escape for families, friends and larger groups. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this is an ideal vacation rental. It comfortably sleeps 12, has great entertaining space, and plenty of garden space outside.

INSIDE THE HOME
Ros Na Cille has all the charm of a 100 year old home, and has been updated with every modern convenience. The kitchen appliances and bathrooms were updated in 2016. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor; each with their own bathroom. The Primary suite features a king sized bed, adjoining private sitting room with doors that open to a back deck, and a three piece en-suite private bathroom. The second main floor bedroom has a queen sized bed with access to the main household bathroom. This bathroom has a private door from the second bedroom as well as serving the household.
An eat-in kitchen, laundry, dining room, library, great room, and large sun porch finish out the main floor.
Upstairs you will find two private bedrooms as well as a bunk room. As was common with homes of this era, the stairs to the second floor are steeper than modern stairways. The Third and Fourth Bedrooms each have queen sized beds. The Third Bedroom, at the front of the house is quite spacious and has lots of storage. The Fourth Bedroom is smaller but has two large walk in closets. As the house is older, upstairs can get warm during the summer season. We have added additional AC floor units in each room to help with this.The bunk room will sleep 4, with two sets of bunk beds. There is a completely renovated bath on this floor with a walk in shower and pedestal sink (please note that the only tub is in the primary suite).

The kitchen is fully equipped featuring stainless steel appliances, which include a gas range.The kitchen is stocked with most things you would find in your own home. If there is something specific you'd require, please ask and I can let you know if I have it.
The eat in kitchen is spacious and seats 6 people at the kitchen table. The adjacent dining room has a large round table that also seats 6. There is an adjacent laundry/mud room with updated appliances. The laundry/mudroom leads to a side porch with a 4 person patio set, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The main living area is comprised of 2 spacious seating groups that are open to the dining room. This is a great area for everyone to gather, without feeling like you are on top of one another. There is a 48" tv with cable and DVD player. Private wifi internet is provided.A cozy library is located right off the dining room with a door to another outdoor porch.The front of the house features a large sun porch that is warm and inviting. Great to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.Like most older homes, Ros Na Cille has a number of outdoor porches that can be used to enjoy gathering outside.

THE LOCATION
Located in the Historical District, you are only a few hundred feet to the river boardwalk and only a 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown. The cottage has parking for 3 vehicles, which is a huge plus, as parking in Saugatuck is very limited.
