The property is beautiful and well maintained. Awesome windows facing the woods. Felt like being in a tree house. Walking distance from downtown area for most but distance is about 1/2 mile and there are steps so not for folks with walking challenges.
Loved the great room and the shower in the master bath was awesome!!!
Appreciated Jaqua's supplies for the kitchen and baths, nice touch.
Just some small recommendations/fixes needed. Maybe a little nitpicky.
1. Can the AC be balanced between the upstairs and the downstairs bedrooms? Downstairs was very cold while upstairs was warmer due to the very high ceilings in the main living areas. If there was a way to reduce the cold downstairs it would be awesome.
Fan in great room wasn't working.
We used the grill a couple times. Wish the property had a better grill (bigger with a thermostat)
