About this house rental
Welcome to New Orleans! Enjoy your time here in this newly renovated, historic shotgun-style duplex in the heart of the city. Centrally located, our place is a quick Uber to City Park, Bourbon St, Frenchman St, and more! This light-filled home is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring all of the culture, food, music, and experiences that New Orleans has to offer.
The property is a shotgun style duplex so you will need to walk through each room to get to the next. However, the bathroom is conveniently located between both bedrooms so you do not have to bother the guests in the other bedroom if you use the bathroom at night.
There are 4 steps to enter the unit.
You will have full access to every aspect of the house including washer and dryer (detergent provided).
You have access to the Fire TV but please bring your own login for streaming services.
You also have access to the ADT alarm system to arm the house when leaving for the day or while you’re at the house. There are two settings which I can elaborate on if you choose to use the system.

If you have a vehicle, there is only street parking available. If not, you can get just about anywhere with a 7-10 min Uber ride.
Please be careful about what you put down the kitchen sink as there is no garbage disposal.
