About this apartment rental
One side of a cute remastered yet traditional New Orleans shotgun style duplex in Gentilly Area. Brand new appliances, a full kitchen and private bedroom as well as a secondary couch-bed & TV in the living room in a quiet neighborhood; this is the perfect spot for a small family with kids or a couple to take a peaceful retreat in the Big Easy. We are a convenient 10 minutes away from Bywater/Marigny, 10 minutes from the French Quarter, 15 minutes from City Park. We welcome loud toddlers!! :)
