Sleeps up to 10 guests with comfortable indoor gathering spaces and outdoor seating designed for relaxed lake days. Dog friendly accommodations available. Direct water access supports swimming, fishing, and boating, with shopping and dining located a short drive away.
This four bedroom two bath Lake Oconee lakefront home accommodates up to ten guests and offers direct water access from a private dock positioned just beyond the yard. Kayaks are available for guest use, allowing easy time on the water throughout the stay.
Outdoor living includes a screened porch with seating, a hammock for relaxing near the shoreline, and a fire pit overlooking the lake for evenings outdoors. The lawn connects directly to the dock, creating simple movement between the house and the water during the day.
Inside, the home provides comfortable gathering spaces arranged for families and groups, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms supporting both shared time and private rest. The layout is designed for relaxed lake living with easy indoor and outdoor flow.
The home is dog friendly, allowing guests to bring pets while enjoying the outdoor space and waterfront setting.
Located on Lake Oconee, the property offers lakefront access for swimming, fishing, and boating while remaining within a short drive of dining and shopping.

Quiet Time 9:00pm til 8:00am - All of our sweet neighbors live here full time and are retired.
NO CONFETTI inside or outside - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found

No outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties.
Park only on the driveway
No more than 4 cars allowed in driveway.
No parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone. Please be respectful.
No smoking anything in the house.
No Fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 12 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock
We do monitor our ring outdoor cameras.
We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.

My family stayed for a long weekend after booking on a short notice. The house was beautiful inside and out, very clean and (I’m guessing) freshly renovated. The porches were great, the upstairs is screened in and we spent a lot of time there relaxing, and there are several fire pit areas downstairs and in the yard. I thought the location was perfect, near the end of a cove with a great private area. The house is the last one on that drive. It feels secluded, but travel takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the restaurant/shopping areas. My dog really enjoyed the space to run around and smell everything. I got a chance to use a kayak, really enjoyed paddling out to the wooded island and back, the weather was perfect and pleasant. The gear was in good shape. Tip for anyone using the kayaks, get a cushion from the boat dock to sit on. Really enjoyed it, plan to stay here again!

The house was very clean and wonderfully pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. It’s located on a quiet, private cove with no traffic on the road or water — so peaceful. We loved the kayaks, swings, hammocks, and the amazing fire pit area.The only odd part was the layout: the kitchen was surprisingly tight and tricky for more than one person to use at a time, while the bathroom was absolutely enormous — at one point there were seven of us in there with room to spare! My husband joked that the bathroom felt like a bridal suite dream, while the kitchen felt more suited to an apartment.Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and we had a great time. The price felt a bit high for what it was, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five — but the location and overall experience were still excellent.
