Five bedroom four and a half bath Lake Oconee home located in a quiet cove with a large private dock for swimming fishing paddleboarding and kayaking. Four king bedrooms each with a private bath plus a bunk room provide flexible sleeping for families and larger groups. Upper and lower decks offer outdoor gathering space. Fire pit with wood near the water. Easy access to a nearby boat ramp and direct water routes toward Jump Rock and the Ritz Carlton.
This five bedroom four and a half bath Lake Oconee home is set in a quiet cove with direct water access and a large private dock that supports swimming fishing paddleboarding and kayaking. The cove connects easily to open lake areas while keeping dock activity calm.
Sleeping arrangements include four king bedrooms each with a private bath. A separate bunk room with four twin beds provides additional flexibility. Bedrooms are spaced to allow privacy across the home.
Outdoor areas include upper and lower decks with seating throughout the day. Near the water the fire pit serves as a natural gathering area with wood provided.
Inside the home includes multiple shared living spaces and a kitchen equipped for everyday meals and longer stays. The layout supports time together without crowding and allows for separation when needed.
A nearby public boat ramp makes bringing or renting a boat straightforward. By water the home provides direct access toward Jump Rock and resort areas near the Ritz Carlton.
Quiet Time 9:00pm til 8:00am - All of our sweet neighbors live here full time and are retired.
NO CONFETTI inside or outside - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found
Max of 12 people allowed at the property at Anytime.
No outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto the neighbors properties.
Park only on the driveway
No more than 4 cars allowed in driveway.
No parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone. Please be respectful.
No smoking anything in the house.
No Fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 12 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock
We do monitor our ring outdoor cameras.
We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is gorgeous with a perfect layout for any guest scenario.The Kitchen was well stocked and the porches each had such great sitting areas to relax and gab with beautiful views of the lake. The bed rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. We made a lot of use of the 2 paddle boards and rented a boat which was easy to secure and dock at the boat ramp. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again sooner than later!

Lovely property on a quiet cove of the lake. Perfect for our family retreat with room to spread out. Cleanliness, check-in and check-out, and communication were wonderful.

Wonderful space for multi family trip or extended family. We brought our pup and boat. Home is beautiful and clean with plenty of space to spread out. Dock is in great condition, quick access to the open water for tubing.
