This five bedroom four and a half bath home in The Landing at Reynolds Lake Oconee accommodates up to ten guests and features an ideal sleeping layout with four king suites, each with private ensuite bathrooms, plus a bunk room with four twin beds for additional guests.
The main level includes a screened deck with an outdoor TV, bar area, and comfortable seating positioned to capture pond, lake, and golf course views. The lower patio extends outdoor living with a gas grill and propane fire pit, creating an additional space for evenings outside.
Inside, the home features a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, downstairs bar, and open gathering spaces arranged for group meals and relaxed time together. High-end furnishings and finishes are carried throughout the home, creating a clean, elevated feel without sacrificing comfort.

Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties.
Park only in the parking spaces at the front of the home.
No more than 4 cars allowed.
NO parking outside of parking spaces.
No fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 10 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking of anything inside the house.
We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Greene County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.

From booking to check out everything was amazing and comfortable. We had an issue, of our own making, getting to the location and reached out to our host and we received a reply immediately. Loved the set up of the house and the location was right by the tee on the golf course. Good times watching the golfers when we were there. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this place.
