The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 125 m² duplex flat for rent in Nancy, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the first floor
- A bright 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (bath and toilet)
- A separate toilet
On the second floor
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (spa bath)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside
- A 1.5 m² balcony to enjoy sunny days
This magnificent duplex flat occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a characterful building. Its south-facing aspect gives it remarkable light throughout the day. The flat is ideally located in Nancy (Anatole France district), in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
