Stylish, large room ”Nicole” with a view to the beautiful park. Large king size bed and comfortable bed sheet and linen. Kind service from staff in assisting with our luggage to third (top) floor. Location was perfect right at the corner of Place Stanislav.
Had to buy toilet paper since no restocking was done by staff during longer stay.

Proximity to all major sights of the city of Nancy, very quiet, great neighborhood. Proximity to the park. The kitchen was extremely well quipped. Amazing shower and soaps.
Insufficient heating, it was pretty cold in the apartment during our stay without any means to being able to regulate the temperature ourselves (also there was no AC remote). Not enough toilet paper was provided (two roles for a four days stay). The bed was too soft. It would‘ve been beneficial to have additional blankets due to the cold temperature in the apartment. The toilet brush needs to be replaced.

Great situation next to place stanislas and the parc!
Beautiful designed rooms in a charming maison de maître.
Difficulty to communicate with someone who could help us fixing the radiator that could not been turned off.
Incoherent and late messaging about a material that wasn’t there.
Cleanliness could be a bit improved for the price of the room.

Location and parking fantastic. Air conditioning great
(but noisy)
Room much smaller than photos suggested. OK for a couple but not suitable for one child as well.
