Vacation rental in a quiet & idyllic rural setting:
Self-contained vacation apartment on the 1st floor. Separate entrance via a staircase; large entryway with a coat rack and shoe rack. Guests reach the apartment entrance via another staircase.
1st Room: A newly furnished kitchen-living room with a ceiling fan light.
Amenities: Kitchenette, stove, range hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, fully equipped with new plates, bowls, silverware, sharp knives, cutting board, pots, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, TV, large table with 6 chairs, sofa, a few pillows, and free Wi-Fi.
2. Bathroom: large bathroom with natural light, featuring 2 sinks, a large mirror cabinet, toilet, new large shower, storage shelf, new towels, washcloths, bath mats, hair dryer, clothes rack, broom and dustpan included.
3. Room: single bed, large closet, fan, lamp, mirror, nightstand, dimmable bedside lamp with 1 USB charging port, mattress, comforter, pillow with pillowcase, extra blanket, extra pillows upon request—all new
4. Room: Single bed, large closet, fan, lamp, mirror, nightstand, dimmable nightlight with 1 USB charging port, mattress, comforter, pillow with pillowcase, extra blanket, extra pillows upon request—all new

plus an extra desk with an Ethernet connection and a dimmable desk lamp, each with 1 charging station for an USB port, chair
All rooms are accessible individually via the hallway.
If desired, a charging station for a tablet with additional USB charging ports can be booked for a security deposit.

On-site fees: A 10% advance payment may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request. Our accommodations may generally only be used by vacationers and guests seeking relaxation. Requests for overnight stays related to professional activities (e.g., technicians, sales representatives, etc.) must be explicitly requested in advance by prospective bookers and explicitly confirmed by us. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, a contract confirmation is provided only on the condition that the stay is not related to professional activities. We therefore reserve the right, in the event of a failure to make a prior explicit inquiry, or if such inquiry is incomplete or false, to exercise our right to contest or terminate a contract and to claim damages.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
