Large vacation rental for rent right next to the vineyards.
The vacation rental is located on the first floor of a two-family home, in a quiet location with access to the garden and in the immediate vicinity of the “Via Vinea” wine trail.
The apartment offers 110 m² of living space plus a 30 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities, available for shared use.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a Mediterranean design.
The non-smoking apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a fully stocked built-in kitchen, including a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, ironing board and iron, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pots, silverware, and all the utensils a family needs for their vacation.

Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bathtub, hair dryer, and towels.
Separate laundry and toilet room, living room with closet, 2 bedrooms, couch, and LCD TV, dining room, hallway with coat rack.

The house is located 400 meters from the town center.
Our apartment is equipped with guest Wi-Fi (FritzBox) and a satellite TV system with Astra and Hotbird channels for TV programs from around the world.
Private parking spaces are available on the property.
The owner’s family lives on the upper floor and is happy to assist with any questions.
Wine testings are available at the “Rheinhessenwein Winzer Annenhof” winery, located directly behind the house.

The vacation town of Sprendlingen has good amenities, including a tourist information center, shopping options (e.g., household goods and gift items), a butcher shop, a bakery, a newsstand with a post office, hair salons, a REWE supermarket, NETTO, doctors, an optometrist, restaurants, an Asian takeout, a pizzeria, a kebab shop, wine taverns serving estate wines, wineries with excellent wines, an Italian ice cream parlor, a train station with direct bus and train connections to Bad Kreuznach, Bingen, Mainz, Wiesbaden, and Frankfurt am Main, as well as a direct connection to the A 61 highway.
Outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, RV parking, pony and riding stables, Napoleon’s Tower, vineyard huts, and barbecue huts.
The house is located directly on the “Via Vinea.” This is a 3.5-km-long loop trail, ideal for a walk or hike with the family through the vineyards.
Highlights along the way include a vineyard swing, several wooden loungers and benches where you can relax and unwind, and a breathtaking view of the Rheinhessen countryside.
Reservation requests are handled individually by phone.

My wife and I felt very welcomed from the host family. The apartment gave us the feeling we were guest in a loving home. It has a warm atmosphere and it met all our needs for a longer stay. Our host family was always accessible for any questions. We will recommend this vacation apartment to family and friends and would happily stay there again.

Wir waren ein kurzes Wochenende zu Gast um einen Geburtstag zu feiern. Die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage.
Ruhig in einem Wohngebiet aber nahe zu allen Geschäften die man benötigt. Parken direkt am Haus möglich, W-Lan ist sehr gut und stabil (besonders wichtig für die Jugend...).
Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und hervorragenden Geschmack, wenn man essen gehen möchte; die Straußenwirtschaften im Ort sind echt ein Traum.
Wir können die vorherigen Bewertungen bestätigen, die Wohnung ist top, super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt in der FeWo braucht. Die einladende Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen, eine sehr gut befüllte Speisekammer ist ebenso vorhanden, wie Getränke jeglicher Art, die man gegen einen sehr fairen Preis kaufen kann.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, hoffentlich dann keine 38 Grad, denn es war ein sehr schöner und auch erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bittet viel Platz.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön in Feldrandlage mit einem schönen Blick (von der Terrasse) auf die Weinberge.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfes sind fußlöufig erreichbar.
