The accommodation offers three comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom with a refreshing shower, a private terrace for outdoor relaxation, and access to a swimming pool. Two parking spaces are included on the fenced property for your convenience. Wi-Fi is available with FREE TV channels, Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video.
The location is excellent, just minutes from the historic city of Alès, where you can explore Fort Vauban, the Cordeliers church, the Cathedral, and museums such as Colombier and Pierre André Benoit. The apartment is also a short drive from Uzès and Anduze, providing access to the stunning Cévennes and Ardèche regions, and just an hour from the coast between Nîmes and Montpellier.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network

As someone working remotely, I appreciated having reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet space. The hosts checked in occasionally but gave me my space to focus on work without distractions. Nice spot overall!

This apartment was really nice and clean, making it easy to feel at home. It had all the essentials like Wi-Fi and a kitchen, plus access to the swimming pool. The location was close to Alès, which made exploring simple. Overall, very practical for our short visit.

We felt right at home thanks to the friendly hosts who were always available when we needed help or suggestions. The property was also really nice for relaxing afternoons after walking around local nature areas.
