For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 5'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular with privacy (12 x 5 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system. Boccia, terrace (10 m2), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 10 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 5 km, café 500 m, bus stop "Les Gourts" 350 m. Tennis 7 km. Nearby attractions: Uzès 30 km, Alès 10 km, Lussan - village et cité de caractère 15 km, Vézénobres - Village et cité de caractèr 7 km, St Just de Valériscle 14 km, Anduze la bambouseraie 22 km. Es ist alles genau wie beschrieben und noch besser! Der Vermieter ist super nett, spricht etwas englisch und hat uns ein paar Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Dass er mit seiner Familie am Grundstück wohnt, störte überhaupt nicht. Wir hatten den Pool und die große Rasenfläche für uns alleine. Das Haus war sauber und für Bequemlichkeit war alles vorhanden. Wunderschön renoviert und trotzdem authentisch geblieben. Wir hoffen wiederzukommen und können es nur empfehlen.

Geräumiges, sehr gepflegtes und schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool und Garten und einem herrlichen Blick auf die Cevennen. Der Hausherr wohnt mit auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück. Er und seine Frau sind sehr sympathisch, sehr diskret und heissen ihre Gäste herzlich willkommen. Das Highlight sind die Gaben des Gastgebers aus seinem großen Obst- und Gemüsegarten! Einkaufs- und Sportmöglichkeiten (Tennis) sind mit dem Auto in 10 Min. zu erreichen. Spaziergänge vom Haus aus möglich.
