About this house rental
This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, built in 1928 has a unique charm that you won’t find in the typical beach rental. Despite its age, it offers many modern conveniences. The 3rd floor has two bedrooms; one with 2 twin beds and the other with a full size bed. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms both with queens (one is a Murphy bed!) There is a full bath on the 2nd floor with a large walk in shower. The 2nd floor also has a family room. The main floor has a living room, full bath with shower and tub, washer/dryer, open kitchen with dining area and a spacious island. Lastly there is a bonus room off the kitchen with a queen size sleeper sofa.
The front of the house has a furnished covered porch. The rear of the house has a furnished brick patio, gas grill, lawn, parking for one car and a large enclosed shower. Lots of space for everyone to gather after a day of fun on the boards and beach.
Easy walk to local shops, restaurants, parks, playgrounds, beach, bay and boardwalk.

From the minute, we walked in to this property we felt like we were in our own home! The property was super clean and we felt welcomed with snacks and every menu possible for dining out! The layout of the property was perfect for our large family! We loved the backyard and the convenience to the beach! It was a beautiful street and quiet at night!
