This Spacious 3 story town home located less than 5 miles to the beach and boardwalk in the beautifully, well manicured, gated community of Sawgrass. Enjoy the renovated and expanded pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and basketball court, two fitness centers, two community pools and on site parking.
This non-smoking property features 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 2 half baths, an open concept living and dining area plus an eat in kitchen, private deck facing woods, a front 2nd level patio facing community pool, and 1st floor entertainment area with room for everyone and community loaded with amenities.
Tennis and Pickleball Court reservations are needed at least 2 weeks in advance.
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
