About this house rental
Single-storey house of 115m², bright, comfortable, well maintained. Located in a quiet area.
Large bright living room thanks to the openings to the garden. Large dining table.
Each room is equipped with good bedding 2 beds of 160cm and 1 bed of 140cm and a fan. Provision of a cot and a high chair.
Bed linen, a large towel/person and dish towels are provided.
Well-equipped kitchen.
The pantry: washing machine, drying rack, large fridge-freezer in addition to the one in the kitchen.
Two private parking spaces.
The 500m2 garden is planted with trees. Century-old beech trees are at the bottom of the garden and bring freshness.
Barbecue available and ping-pong table.
Large clothesline at the back of the house in the garden for towels back from swimming!
On foot 50m, you access the SEA with a view of the island of Aix and Fort Boyard. Swimming at high tide. House ideally located for walks along the coast towards Châtelaillon-Plage or La Rochelle. Cycle path nearby.
Angoulins is a charming village. You can walk to the shops in the village: bakery, bar-press, butcher, creperie, pizzeria, or to the market under the covered market from Tuesday to Sunday in the morning.
