About this house rental
A 250 m² single-family home situated on a fenced-in lot featuring a tree-lined garden with no direct neighbors and a fenced-in courtyard on the street side that can accommodate up to three cars. The courtyard faces a wooded park. The village center is 100 m away, and the nearest beach is 500 m away. Other nearby beaches—La Platerre (1 km) and Chatelaillon (4.5 km)—are accessible via bike paths.
The house can accommodate 8 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant.
The first floor features a living-dining room, a kitchen, and a pantry (refrigerator, small freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher...), 1 laundry room (washer and dryer), 2 bathrooms (1 walk-in shower and 1 bathtub with toilet), 2 bedrooms (beds 160x200 cm), a living room, and a family room. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190 cm and 1 bed 80x190 cm) and a bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet).
Minimum 7-day rental from Saturday to Saturday. The €2,000 security deposit check is not cashed; it is returned upon departure. We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due one month before the start of the rental.

Fab location, comfortable and homely house with loads of communal space.2 downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, but there were some steps , not an issue for us, but good to know.Pascale was very helpful when we needed things.It may benefit from having a slightly more comprehensive house guide (eg bins).If we returned to this area, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
