What’s Provided:
- Starter Set of: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pod and dishwasher pod. All bed linens and towels.
This home has the following sleeping arrangements:
2 king bedrooms
1 queen bedroom
1 double bedroom + trundle bed

Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom - (1) King size bed, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, large master bath/shower with 2 sinks and all the typical bathroom items.
Bedroom 2 - (1) King size bed, Smart TV, private bath/shower
Bedroom 3- (1) Queen size bed, shares Jack/Jill bathroom with double vanity & shower
Bedroom 4 - (1) Full size bed + (1) Trundle Twin available, shares Jack/Jill bathroom with double vanity & shower
Kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs including but not limited to: toaster, air fryer, blender, cookware, crock pot, ice machine, and fully stocked spices and oils.
Beverage Bar - Moccamasters Coffee Maker, Keurig, Electric Kettle, sweeteners, sugar, assortment of flavored teas and ground coffee.
Family Room - large wrap-around sofa, loveseat, Smart TV, reading nook, cozy blankets, gas fireplace, variety of board games and puzzles
Bonus Room- hangout area, private bathroom with bath/shower, air hockey table, adjustable weights, bands, yoga mat, rower and assault bike
Dining Room- spacious .large wood dining table- set for 8, can seat more

- Hang up any towels/beach equipment on that same side on the brown wood structure

*Self-Check in - A convenient self-check-in pad is available on the front door.
*Plenty of free parking. At least 3 mid-sized vehicles can fit in the driveway.
*There is no garage access. Plenty of space/storage inside the home.
*The home is handicap accessible on first floor only.

This home was a wonderful option for our family of seven over Thanksgiving. We are locals, but have been displaced by a unexpected renovation of our own home. With plane tickets already purchased for the holiday by family members, I went looking for a vacation home! The house and location is fantastic! Beautifully decorated and plenty of room for everyone. Paige has thought of everything to make your visit easy. So many well thought out touches that make it comfortable to be a guest. Plus, the house is spotless! The large gourmet kitchen was enjoyed by the entire family. We did not cook Thanksgiving dinner, but the kitchen is certainly well equippted to have done so. The outdoor space is lovely and we were blessed to have sunny, warm weather. Our grandkids had a blast kicking a ball around the yard and trying to hit it over the volleyball net. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and the hot tub received rave reviews. This home is located in an ideal location for quick, easy access to I-5. Old downtown Encinitas is close by with endless restaurant and shopping options. You will not be sorry if you choose Cowboy Surfer Casa for a vacation rental!
