About this house rental
Enjoy a fun and peaceful stay at our quintessential 4-bedroom beach home in Encinitas, with a location that truly can't be beat! This high end, custom-built property offers a perfect retreat for guests seeking relaxation and comfort. With one queen bed, two king beds, and a bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with a shower and/or tub, including the spa-like primary suite bathroom that has a marble shower and large soaking tub.
Prepare meals with friends and family in our open concept gourmet kitchen, complete with 6-burner gas stove top, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. We have all of the cooking essentials you'll need to feel like you're at your home away from home. Wind down with a cocktail or mocktail you can mix up at the entertainer's bar just off the kitchen. Step outside and enjoy a cozy evening fire side while the sun paints the sky pink.
Our spacious sofas allow for complete comfort for our guests to lounge around, and our Smart TVs give you access to all of your streaming apps.
Stay connected with our high speed WiFi, and take advantage of all our other amenities including: Air Conditioning, central heating, whole house water filtration system, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine/dryer, all the cooking essentials you can think of, and fresh linens and towels. We understand traveling with children can be overwhelming, so we have stocked many of the basics needed for families, including children's plates/bowls/flatware/cups, children's books, Pack N Play, magnetic toy tiles, and even a Hatch Sound Machine.
We have a large washing machine and dryer to help make your trip as convenient as possible.
Take a short walk to one of the many beaches close by and enjoy our sand toys, beach wagon, towels, chairs, and umbrella.
Although we are located on a quiet, peaceful street, there is SO much to explore just a few steps from our front door. We are a 7 minute walk to the very family-friendly and popular Moonlight Beach, which also has a playground overlooking the beach. Just above Moonlight Beach is Downtown Encinitas, where you can dine at the amazing restaurants, shop at all the fun boutiques, and enjoy some live music at The Roxy.
We are a 9 minute walk to the infamous Pannikin restaurant, where you can enjoy a yummy breakfast along Pacific Coast Highway. Leucadia Farmers Market is truly the best in all of San Diego and takes place every Sunday across the street from this restaurant. Also close by is an incredible spa and yoga studio, Four Moons, that we highly recommend checking out.
Park in our attached garage or park on the street that regularly has open spots.
Rent bikes close by, cruise around town and be sure to ride the very fun and beautiful Rail Trail that runs through our city.
