Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great time and enjoyed this stay! The host was very communicative and available. And the property was as it looked like on the listing. It’s walkable from everything and just off the main streets enough to not be bothered by noise. The pool and hot tub were awesome and a huge bonus. As was the shower in the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom fixtures were first class. Smaller unit than I expected. Not really a condo. More of a small motel room with a kitchenette. Hot plate for cooking. No pots and pans or sharp knives. Heated pool and hot tub closed. My fault for not opening all the information on the website.
