About this apartment rental
Great West End one bedroom condo with parking and access to two bikes. This recently renovated one bedroom condo is located on the third (top) floor in the West End. It includes one parking space, two hybrid bikes and a private entry from the deck. Five skylights allow plenty of light throughout. There are 23 steps to the condo.
It is private but conveniently located, as it is a short walk to Commercial Street and the local supermarket.
WiFi, streaming service on both TVs, an indoor fireplace, full size front-load washer and dryer and a huge shower make for a comfortable stay.

Chas place is cozy yet spacious, beautifully lit, outfitted and furnished, and the bikes were excellent of quality. I could not recommend it more highly.
Just note that the bikes hang in a closet and the apartment is on the 2nd floor, so you have to get them down from high hooks in the closet, then carry them down the outside stairs. Fortunately, however, Chad arranged for someone else to carry the bike back upstairs.

This place was amazing! Super cute and super clean. And that shower! Lots of thoughtful touches! Really enjoyed it and the location is great. Quiet street. And the host was amazing too. Even checked in to see how things were and if we needed anything!

We will definitely stay here on our next visit to PTown! Chad was very welcoming & communicated well with us on a couple of things. The accommodations were perfect, very clean & convenient to all things to see & do in town. We used the on-site beach chairs to go to the beach a couple of times. Can't ask for a better spot or a better host!

Stayed for a week at the end of August. Newly remodelled unit with modern fixtures and fittings including 2 Trek bikes to use.
Condo had everything we needed including beach umbrella. Kitchen is well stocked with all the basics incl. paper kitchen towels! Bathroom has a double shower, great pressure and again well stocked with essentials.
The condo has a/c throughout with a separate and very quiet unit in the bedroom.
The living room is spacious with large corner sofa and tv with the usual apps loaded, Bose mini link and reliable WiFi throughout including out on the terrace.
It’s less than 10 min walk to the Boat slip resort and another 10 min walk to the main drag for the majority of shops and restaurants which suited us just fine as was nice to come home to peace and quiet. It’s also less than 10 min walk to the main supermarket in town Stop & Shop.
If coming back to P-town, would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be to put a black out blind in the bedroom.
