Like many Provincetown parking spots, ours is tight and likely won’t fit large trucks or large SUVs as they may hang out the back end of the parking garage. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller - 15' long, 6.5' wide is the absolute max for a vehicle that will fit.
Free parking is available for one vehicle. Please park in the designated space only, located inside the detached garage with the blue door to the right of the building.
Please avoid parking in areas near the road or the premises, as there are designated right-of-way zones. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring smooth access for all guests!
If your car doesn't fit, or if you need additional parking spaces, there is a small public parking lot on School St. between Bradford and Commercial, and another along Bradford between Liz's and Mussel Beach.
The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.
Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - March 31
The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.
There are also privately-run parking lots, not affiliated with the Town, all along Bradford St. Parking rules and rates vary - check the signs at each lot.
The Ultimate Peace of Mind for Our Guests with Waivo
Instead of charging a separate security deposit like many hosts do, our rental rates already include a damage waiver fee that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property as a result of your acts or omissions.

It is a very cozy apartment — you can tell the owner really takes great care of it. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need and more. One bed was a bit firm for my taste, but my husband loved it, so it really depends on your preference. The other bed (queen size) was a little softer. The patio was very cute, even though we didn’t end up using it. The host, Jason, was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. The location is very good. Just some walking minutes away from all the restaurants, but still quiet. We can highly recommend this apartment!
