About this apartment rental

Sunny & comfy studio suite in heart of downtown. Historic Whittier neighborhood. Private entrance and ALL-PRIVATE use of space. Sitting/working room + bedroom + newly renovated bathroom. Washer/dryer, mini-fridge, coffee maker and hot water kettle (microwave and toaster available upon request). Mountain views from front window. Separate fenced rear patio. Walk/bike (2 blocks) to great restaurants, coffee shops, stores, Pearl Street Mall, Boulder Creek, etc. Street parking. House Rules: No smoking anywhere on the property please.
Max guests = 2. No parties!
Quiet hours after 10pm. Please minimize wearing of shoes (especially if wet or dirty) indoor.
Pet Fee = $75 per stay for 1 small pet (less than 25 lbs); any additional cleaning or damage to be charged in addition to this fee. Pets to be kept off furniture, including bed.
