We couldn't fault but only thing was the curtains could be replaced with blackout curtains as very bright early in the mornings.

The property was clean and very spacious. The owner was also quick to answer any of my questions and was very helpful with everything.

The location is great, with shops and public transport nearby. There is also easy access to a nice walking area along the river. Overall, the neighborhood felt very nice, safe, and quiet. Communication with the team through Booking was good, they answered our questions as quickly as possible and were always friendly and helpful. The apartment also has a nice balcony.

We booked this apartment because of the good reviews, however we did not like it as much as the other guests. When we arrived, the wifi was not working. The person we corresponded with through Booking tried to find a solution during their working hours, which we appreciated. In the meantime, we also contacted the host using the phone number provided by the Booking team. Unfortunately, the person we reached by phone did not seem very happy that we contacted them, and it was clearly not the same person we had been messaging before. The wifi started working the next day, but it went down again from time to time. It turned out that there were outages in most of the building. This was very frustrating, as we had planned to work from the apartment. Besides the wifi issues, there were several other things we did not like. There was a lot of clutter throughout the apartment, which made it feel as if someone was actually living there. It was also difficult to find dishes and cooking appliances, as they were spread across several shelves throughout the living room. We had no space on the kitchen counters for our own food and belongings, as they were completely crowded with someone else's food. The kitchen could use a deep clean, as most of the drawers were sticky. There were no kitchen towels provided, and there were still some sheets left in the dryer when we arrived. We ended up using them, however it seemed a little unprofessional. The dishwasher was very loud, and later we noticed that there was a broken glass inside. In one of the bedrooms, the sheets had a stain, so we decided to sleep in the other room. There were also many different switches, which made it difficult to figure out which one controlled which light, and more importantly, which one needed to be turned on for the fans. We would have appreciated some information about the apartment, including where to find things inside the apartment as well as useful information about the building.
