Neat and comfortable, with a nice view looking back towards the city from the units bedroom we where in. Was also across the road from the Wesley Hospital and the Auchenflower Station. Also nice little coffee shop across the road.

Some fixtures a little outdated, but still comfortable unit.

For us the location was excellent. Especially the train and also the rivercat was close by.

We were disappointed with the number of flies which were in the apartment on our arrival. Especially in the kitchen area. We felt the cost was a little high in comparison to other apartments we had stayed at in the same area in the last year. This could have been due to it being school holiday time and also a major sporting event in Brisbane.

L'emplacement tres proche de la station de train Auchenflower, permet d'etre en 10 min en plein centre de Brisbane Le fait d'avoir 2 salles de bain Plutot bien equipé : Four, Lave-Vaisselle, frigo, table a repasser + Fer, machine a laver, etc...

Appartement relativement bruyant : proche de la voie ferrée, on attendait tres bien les trains passés avec le bruit stridant du freinage au moment de l'arret a la station Auchenflower (meme avec les fenetres fermees (mauvaise isolation phonique) Tres peu d'ustensile de cuisine : pas de grandes marmites, pas de saladiers, pas de plats pour aller au four et pas d'egoutoir pour les pates ou le riz... et assez peu de vaisselle necessitant de faire marcher le lave-vaisselle quasi apres chaque repas alors qu'il n'est qu'a moitie plein Vraiment dommage, la piscine n'etait pas en etat de baignade... entretien pas fait par la co-proprieté, elle etait toute verte... Dommage, c'etait une des raisons de notre choix de cette appartement.
