Location and presentation
If I had a complaint it would be the lack of flexibility to leave our bags and drop our car off 2 hrs before check in

- Awesome layout - spacious - great location - amazing host/staff - super comfortable beds - multiple rooms and bathrooms - easy to get you - visitor parking & own parking - awesome shampoo, conditioner and body wash products (good quality - purchased it myself after this trip) - furniture was good quality and comfortable
- bathroom and toilet areas could have used a deeper clean (was not terrible but was something I picked up on - slight residue inside the toilet and also in the shower and bathtub

The main bedroom was large with own ensuite was very comfortable. The second bedroom was a bit small but would be good for kids. The location was great was a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre and train station. Close to the city and Suncorp Stadium.
Is a private owned apartment and you have to complete a long rental agreement and pay a $500 security deposit. If you want a second set of keys it is a $103 key deposit. The lock on the front door of the complex needs replacing as it takes a lot of mucking around to get it open.

The location and the modern apartment
The remote for the garage didn't work at the end of stay and had trouble with overcharging after postponing after the cyclone.
