El alojamiento está de 10, tiene todos los menajes de cocina necesarios, utensilios de baño… todo limpio y en perfecto estado. Unas vistas increibles en una zona tranquila de fácil acceso. Si tengo que volver a Tenerife repitiría sin dudarlo.

Estaba todo perfecto.

Het ruime terras en het mooie uitzicht waren de highlights van het appartement. Verder was alles aanwezig, inclusief een wasmachine. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig en niet al te ver van winkels en restaurants.

Door de ligging zit je vaak in de bewolking als je in maart aanwezig bent. In het zuiden van Tenerife zijn de weersomstandigheden gunstiger. Daardoor niet veel gebruik kunnen maken van het dakterras om in het zonnetje te zitten helaas. In de zomer is het een ideale plek om te verblijven.

Exceptional terrace. Amazing views from the terrace and the living room, spacious apartment over two floors. Full kitchen, a washing machine upstairs. Very quiet. Everything is quite new. Two bedrooms but the second is on the terrace, so it might be cold during winter. Self checking and we were able to arrive earlier. Check out until 12 which is very nice. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, as now we are experts in fixing their drain.

No heating and it was 19-20C inside in early December, which was on a colder side for us. So extra blankets for bedroom and the coach would have been nice. But mostly we had trouble with the host. It’s a management company with many employees, only available until 22.00. They were very polite and responsive via phone, Telegram and booking chat, a new person each time, good at customer service but incapable of giving advice about the actual property management. Well, there was a lot of rain by the Storm Emilia, a month later after Storm Claudia, and we got flooded because all the water on the surface of the large terrace and the large roof goes into a single internal drain (a severe fault in the building design). The drained failed and flooded the terrace and the second bedroom. The fuse went off. We called at 21.55 for help, but received no advice. “Make a video… tomorrow morning”. The apartment didn’t even have a plunger. So I ended up manually removing over 40 buckets (500 lt) water over two days in order to stop the rising water from flooding the first floor, barefoot in cold water up to my ankles. 4 hours work that night and a bit more next day. As a female with an average build I had quite an exercise and am happy that I didn’t pull any back muscles nor hurt myself when slipping on the wet floor. It barely made the difference in the water level but I stooped it from flooding the rest of the apartment. The next day by using the pot lid we created enough suction to unclog the drain. We had no help, nothing to work with, except for a bucket and mop. If I were the owner of this property, I would not trust them with my apartment. Perhaps the insurance is very good but we were very worried, and there could have been a lot of damage. Four days later a technician arrived to do more drain cleaning with beer and chocolate. Is an apology and chocolate enough? I leave it up to you to decide.
