Pradeepji who is the host takes personal interest in helping guests achieve purpose of their visit. He helped us with planning the days we were in Ayodhya. The place is in the older part of Ayodhya very close to the new Ayodhya Dham Station, Janmabhoomi temple, Janmabhoomi path which gives great access to the temples, eateries and also nearby locations like Guptar Ghat, Bharat Kund etc. Although it is a homestay, it is very private with minimal intervention from the hosts
The place as is in older part of town, there is a lot of old town like sanitation around it. But this is not something that the host can manage, its more a larger municipal undertaking which should happen as Ayodhya is made more tourist friendly

Extreme comfortable homestay, cleaniness is higher level better than luxury hotels, must stay here if visit ayodhya, very nearby 5 min. Walkin to Ram Mandir. Owner behaviour is too good

This is the best hotel we've stayed so far due to the host, He was so so so welcoming and kind. He take cares of every single guest. The room is clean and tidy. Not a single dust and stain was there. Highly recommended. As per my experience best hotel of ayodhya.

I booked this property solely by looking at the reviews, the owner was helpful and called me instantly and helped me with early check-in as well. The review is not of the owner but of the property, its location, facilities and that too in comparison with other properties around.
The location though is close to railway station and temple but the way to the property is shabby. There is ventilation problem in the rooms, there are certainly better options on the road or in better localities in the same price.
