We were given a second-floor room, and there was no lift. It was closer to the temple, and everything else was OK.

Location of the hotel is top notch. You exit the hotel and you are just in front of Ram Lalla. The hotel is newly opened and it's neat and tidy.

Basic amenities were missing on arrival (towels, toilet paper, kettle). Toothbrushes took 40 minutes to be provided in the morning. The room (203) had a strong unpleasant smell and many mosquitoes.
In another room booked for our family, the washroom lock got stuck from inside, leaving someone locked in for around 15 minutes, which is a serious safety concern.
Despite many similar negative reviews online, no improvements seem to be made.
Only Nithin, the housekeeper, was helpful and made the stay somewhat bearable.
