When We arrived tha staff said we have to wait because our room was not ready. About 30 exhausted minutes later we checked in our room

Breakfast was tasty. Staff were always very accommodating and willing to go out of their way to ensure my comfort.

Location is very good. Right across Ram Janmabhoomi, though is is a little difficult to reach as its in an inside lane. Approach is through a very narrow lane. Food quality was good and tasty. They customised on request. Rooms were neat and clean. The Hotel is new.

They are running with skeletal staff and unable to attend any requests on time. Very limited options in break fast/meals. On paper they have extensive Menu, but available items are only a handful. They don't have regular room cleaning service. We stayed for 2 days, and they didn't come for cleaning the room or the bathroom. We had to make repeated requests for towel change. :( The hotel is newly made so it had clean looks. However the lift broke down and second day we had to climb up and down. :( While booking they had put in options of fixed menu for Lunch and Dinner, which was not informed to us when we ordered. We were encouraged to order a la carte. When we compared the pricing with the booking confirmation we were told, oh that's fixed menu, you can take that if you want. :( There are no amenities. Not even a hot water kettle. AC was installed, but not connected. Television had only local channels. Hotel arranged a guide which was very expensive for the local tour he gave.
