Cool stone house in the old town

Clean property, good shower and plenty of hot water for 2. Great location. Easy to find. Host sent picture of how to find car park. We got confused as to entry but worked it out. Very easy to find front door and get in via lockbox. Kitchen well appointed and lounge area cosy. Appreciated quality of crockery, cutlery, cooking pans etc and plenty of glasses. Great to have a 7kg washing machine and 2 clothes horses to dry clothes on the private terrace. It was wet on last evening and we enjoyed staying in and watching a movie. Bonus was Netflix complimentary which we really appreciated as could watch movies in English. Location to old town very close. All up, we recommend this stay in a unique 300 year old house. Very charming and comfortable and very reasonably priced.

The frame of the door into the shower isn’t secure so came apart from the door jam. Luckily partner is handy and secured it back into position but needs to be looked at for a more secure and permanent fit. Also we were warned about the blind upstairs on door to terrace. It falls off easily which it did a few times despite being careful when opening door. Both these issues didn’t take away from the enjoyment of staying here.

Local pitoresco e muito charmoso, casa antiga de pedra, com infraestrutura e ambientes modernos. Camas confortáveis. Proximidade do centro Cozinha equipada e utensílios. Silencioso

Estacionamento complicado, difícil ter vaga disponível na frente. Ar condicionado único para os ambientes superior e inferior. O apto tem várias escadas tanto para entrada principal quanto dentro no acesso aos quartos. Faltam espaços para malas

Muy acogedor, limpio, con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia agradable, Dora y Trijana estuvieron pendientes de que tuviéramos parking para el coche y nos estuvieron diciendo los mejores sitios para visitar en la ciudad, la casa está muy cerca del centro histórico. Totalmente recomendable para visitar Split.
