Very nice and comfortable apartment with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is absolutely perfect — convenient, close to restaurants, shopping center and transport options. A wonderful place to stay.

Die Lage ist sehr gut unten fast am Meer, trotzdem mit kurzer Zufahrt zur zentralen Autobahn ! In der Gegend sind etliche gute Restaurants. Ein öffentliches Meerbad ( kostet Eintritt ) ist auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der öffentliche Kiesstrand Praia Formosa in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Forum Madeira mit Lebensmittelmarkt ist direkt gegenüber und ist bis 23h geöffnet. Abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang direkt vom Balkon aus beobachten ! Die Tiefgarage zum Parken ist natürlich auch super bequem.
ABER direkt nebenan ist die Riesenbaustelle `Madeira Dubai` mit 4 Baggern mit Hydraulikhämmern zum Felsen ausbrechen und 4 Kräne incl. den Lastwagen zur An- und Abfahrt von Baumaterialien. Glücklicherweise fangen sie morgens nicht gleich um 8 Uhr an und hören abends auch zeitig auf. Aber besonders zur Ferienstimmung trägt das nicht bei. Eigentlich müsste das beim Buchen angemerkt werden. Der Balkon ist leider mit unbequemen kleinen Stühlen bestückt, sodass man das Draussensitzen abends nicht so wirklich geniessen konnte.
