O apartamento é super bom, confortável, e a localização impecavel.

Tivemos muitos problemas com o fornecimento de água nos 3 primeiros dias... O anfitrião foi solicito, e o problema era do prédio e não do apartamento em si, mas mesmo assim prejudicou bastante a estadia. Outro ponto é que não tem ar condicionado. Eu sabia disso ao reservar, mas realmente faz falta. Mas, no geral, é uma excelente hospedagem.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută! Apartamentul a fost mare, frumos, spațios și foarte curat. Totul a fost bine organizat și confortabil. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și atent, mereu dispus să ajute. Cu siguranță aș reveni și recomand cu drag!

The apartment is spacious and gets plenty of natural light, which makes it feel very nice during the day. It’s well equipped and overall comfortable for a longer stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived, which we appreciated. The layout of the apartment is also good and the space feels pleasant to spend time in. The location is another strong point, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee places nearby, which made it very convenient to go out and explore the area.

Communication with the host was a bit frustrating. It took more than 24 hours to get a reply about the hot water, and by then we had already figured it out ourselves. Overall, it wasn’t very easy to get in touch during the stay. Several appliances didn’t work when we arrived, including the heater, toaster, and hair dryer. Once we finally reached the host, they replaced everything within a couple of hours, which we appreciated. Still, the main issue was how long it took to get a response in the first place. I think the apartment is probably better in peak summer. We stayed in March and it was quite cold inside, even when it was sunny outside. The host was also not flexible with check-out. We asked for just one extra hour (11:00 instead of 10:00, which already feels quite early compared to the usual 12:00), but it was not possible. I also found the check-in process a bit overcomplicated. There were three PDFs to read before arrival, which felt like a lot. Personally, I prefer something more simple and intuitive, especially when starting a holiday. Lastly, I don’t like hidden costs. There is a €120 fee listed as “taxes and other costs,” but it’s basically a cleaning fee, since taxes are charged separately. It makes the place look cheaper than it actually is, which didn’t sit well with me.

I liked the location and that it was spacious and had balconies to enjoy the evenings. The bowl of fruit, Madeira cake, cookies, candy, juice and a bottle of water was a nice touch. I like that there was a kettle and a coffee maker.

I did not like that instructions on how to plug washing machine was not provided and how to use it, no instructions on how to turn on the gas to use the stove, didn't enjoy a sewer smell coming from the sink at times and that there weren't enough supplies in the apartment at arrival. In the description, it said that toilet paper was supplied. Only left over items from other guests were supplied. Also, it would have been nice if the pool was open for guests like other properties.
