The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and essential utensils, allowing you to prepare meals at home. A washing machine and hairdryer are also provided. Relax in the living room with a smart TV and box for entertainment.
Guests benefit from a private parking space in the building's garage, and an elevator provides easy access to the apartment. Bus stops are nearby for those choosing not to drive.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
