The location was good, the room was adequate for a 1 night stay with complimentary tusks and tea and coffee available in room. The host was friendly. Did not stay for breakfast so couldn’t comment on that
I didn’t like that the room was facing the road so we heard every car and every motor bike that passed early morning.

Breakfast was basic but satisfying. The guesthouse offers spacious accommodation and beautiful pool its own pub and pool table. The location of the guest house is in a lovely suburb of Malmesbury, close to two very good restaurants and a well managed local shopping centre.
The overall impression is one of a building that is a bit tired and in need of some TLC. Whilst it is perfectly functional and comfortable it needs some professional modernisation and a restyle to bring it up to date.

Has not spent a cent on maintenance for a long time , unfinished painting , pillows old and flat , dated and trying to hang in there !!
