What a beautiful property, really exceeded my expectations. I hadn’t realised that I had access to the full kitchen, lounge, and dining room so this was a pleasant surprise. Stunning rooms and well looked after. Couldn’t fault the staff - excellent hospitality. I will be returning!
Some parking signage might help as I wasn’t too sure where to park, especially when the 3 spots were full. Nothing otherwise, it was a great stay

The staff that greeted us on arrival were very friendly and welcoming
On arrival we were told we did not have the Deluxe apartment that I had booked and confirmed 4 days prior. They had taken a longer booking for the apartment and downgraded us to a small double room. I was not notified of the change to my booking before I arrived and had no option but to take the room as we were in Paarl for a function that day. The room we were given faced the road , so was very noisy. Very different to the garden view of the apartment as per my original booking.
The least management could have done was offer me a discounted rate on the room( how is the cost for a room on the road side the same as the cost for an apartment with kitchenette and garden view anyway?) . Overall very disappointing.
