Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill). Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. 2 balconies, south facing position, small balcony, west facing position. Marvellous view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Property is located directly on the lake, not fenced.
