The kitchen is also situated on this level and provides access to a second balcony. A separate WC is available on this floor for added convenience.

On the lower ground floor, 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and this level is served by a shower and WC. The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms are each equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while 1 large double bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony.
