チェックイン直前にも、駅からの順路や入室方法について、写真付きの丁寧な説明が追加で送られてきました。駅から徒歩10分ほどですが、画像で下見ができたためわかりやすかったです。 また、浴室設備をめぐる突発的なトラブルがありましたが、すぐ電話に出てくださった上で臨機応変な対応をしてくださいました。夜遅く駆けつけてくださり、とても迅速かつ親身なご対応をいただけて心強かったです。 部屋やベッド廻りも清潔で、食器も多めに揃っており使いやすかったです。

寝室が2部屋という記載でしたが、実際はキッチンとダイニング＋リビング＋寝室（ダブルベッド×2）という間取りでした。 リビングのソファーがベッドとして利用できるものの、寝室としては1室かなと思いました。 また、IHコンロの火力が弱く、調理をするのに苦労をしました。ケトルでお湯を沸かすのにも時間がかかってしまったので、調理時間等は長めに見積もるとよいと思います。

10 minute walk from Takenotsuka station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, including a great Italian directly below. Great shower. Comfy beds.Good WiFi.

This is not a 2 bedroom apartment! It is a 1 bedroom apartment with two double beds. All the doorways are very low, me and my son smashed our heads on them at least once a day. It is accessed via 3 sets of very steep stairs. There is no usable mirror in the apartment. There is a washing machine but nothing to hang clothes on to dry them. There were no mugs provided for tea or coffee, or dining knives. There was no guidance about recycling.
