Fantastic old-school Japanese house with plenty of space and parking right at the front door. There were three of us, and we even nicknamed it “The Matsumoto Castle” because it felt so spacious and full of character - it could easily accommodate more guests as well. Communication was seamless and the self check-in process was very easy. The house was thoughtfully stocked with many useful products and amenities. We especially loved the traditional-style bathroom and the attention to detail throughout the home, which made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Would stay again !!!

Nothing negative, loved it. It’s a vintage-style house, so don’t expect a brand-new modern building - that’s actually part of its charm. The downstairs room has traditional rice-paper style windows, which let in the early morning light. Since the sun rises around 4:30 a.m. and there are no blackout curtains, light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask.
