Yoyogi Apartment in Shibuya Area near Shinjuku

Beautiful view from 7th floor.

During my 12-day stay, I was getting some mail delivered and needed their help to retrieve it from the delivery box which I assumed I'd have access to. I really loved the level of communication that these guys had, helping to resolve this. Also, the location was very central. I felt safe and secure. The security of the place was excellent, the room was clean and respectable. They even went out of their way to provide me with brand new bowls and chopsticks for my 12 day stay because there initially weren't any when I first entered the room.

Just that I initially expected there to be some bowls, cutlery, chopsticks, and maybe an extra washing liquid and things like that because of my extended stay. However, they were very, very forthcoming in the communication and provided it all, quickly resolving these small requests without any hassle, so it was fine. The only remaining thing that I wished was different, was if the room had a Japanese toilet, instead of a 90s western one. Ultimately, though, it was a very comfortable stay, and I had a great time.
