We were greeted with a warm welcome by the owners. Our room was immaculate and very clean and extremely comfortable. There are shared facilities including kitchen and bathroom, all of which were spotless. Tea and coffee available for you to help yourself. We chose to include the breakfast option and this was a beautiful breakfast prepared with love. This was our favourite stay in Azerbaijan and we think it will be yours too

We should of stayed longer

Basically a nice room for a decent price. Everything seemed clean, and there was plenty of space for sitting. or spending time in the guest house. Owners seemed to be nice and friendly, although communication was very limited due to no english.

Wifi was not consistently reliable. It might be okay for casual web browsing but more than that was sometimes frustrating. My room was next to the bathroom and unfortunately the walls are very thin so it was a bit disturbing every time someone used the bathroom at night. Location is nice in that it's in the old part of town up on a hill, with a nice view of the town. But you are 10-15 minutes walking from most of the sights, and 25 minutes from the center of town. Owners do not speak any english so any assistance or guidance will be extremely limited.

Sheki Modern Guest House is a beautiful and charming house. It is on the hill and a little away from the city center. From there, you can overlook the mountains and the town of Sheki. I love the house very much. When I went there in the summer, there were lots of grapes on the balcony. 😀😀😀😀😀 I think the owners, very lovely persons, are hard workers. They always keep clean in the house, and taking care of the garden. Therefore, the house is perfect, tidy, and beautiful. Please take a look at it there. You would probably want to stay longer. I really recommend this house. When I go to Sheki again, I'll absolutely stay this house.
