Huoneistossa oli hyvä varustelutaso ja paljon tilaa. Mielestäni kaikki mitä huoneiston kuvauksessa ilmoitettiin, piti paikkaansa. Erityismaininta siitä, että 1-vuotiaalle lapselle löytyi asunnosta tekemistä. Asunto oli siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Vaikka paikka ei sijaitse keskustassa oli sinne helppo mennä julkisella liikenteellä.
Vieressä kulkee rautatie ja melko vilkas tie. Herkkäunisella voi olla haasteita äänien kanssa. Talon julkisivu ja rappukäytävä kaipaisivat remonttia, vaikka itse asunto on remontoitu.
