Property was clean, functional and had good amenities
Was situated in the back garden of a family, was rather uncomfortable walking through someone’s private garden with children and shirtless men to get to the room.

Property is really modern/stylish, close to the city and Wembley and came with a fan which is required in this heat!
Not close to a tube station however uber to Wembley was 15 mins drive and came super quick!
It is a studio/extension next to the hosts house so they are very accessible if needed.
Pillows were super soft!
We were able to park on the drive.
Great value for money, small cosy property.
Comes with essentials such as an iron.
Mattress was a little uncomfortable/hard.
Only had enough items for one guest (eg towels,toilet paper, no hand towel or bath mat)
Little to no in person communication with the host despite walking past them. No welcome.
Shower head was a little ineffective, only a few holes were spilling water.

Was very clean, bed was comfortable, very good for what we needed it for :)
We stayed during a heatwave and the room was unbearably hot which made it extremely difficult to sleep/get ready. Would recommend they put a fan in there for times like this

The apartment was beautifully presented and clean with great facilities. The tv was connected to Netflix as well which was nice (I hope I didn't ruin your algorithm). It's just a 10/15 minute walk from the nearest train station and connected easily to St Albans, Hatfield and Camden where I spent most of my time during the stay.
The only thing I can think to fault, and it's so minor, is the sink in the bathroom is very small and shaving my face was a little bit awkward.
